To fulfil the purposes described in this notice, we will use the following personal data:
- Identification data
- Contact data
Vitalí may obtain your personal data through electronic communications with you, phone calls, WhatsApp messages or information provided through the app and/or the website www.vitalispa.com.mx. We will answer within 20 business days from receipt of your request, through the means you indicated.
Limiting the use and disclosure of your information and revoking consent
To limit the use and disclosure of your personal information, or to revoke your consent, submit a request through the means and procedure described for ARCO rights, stating, in the case of revocation, whether it is total or partial.
We may not always be able to fulfil your request or stop the processing immediately, since a legal obligation may require us to keep processing your data. For certain purposes, revoking your consent will mean ending your relationship with us.
